Every Person in Attendance at the encounter, has to have paid and filled out a waiver. Despite if they plan to take part in the encounter or not. No Exceptions. If you would like to reschedule your encounter for any reason, you must do so at least 5 days before your schedule encounter date and time, Cancelations must be made 72 hours before your scheduled date and time in order to receive a refund. If you are 15 mins or more late for your encounter as a no call no show. You are not entitled to a refund or full encounter window.
